Free 15-minute call
We look at your site, your Google listing, and three competitors near you before we call. Then we tell you what is actually costing you customers.
The call is free and it lasts 15 minutes. You get someone senior, not a rep working from a script. We go through what we found, in plain language, and you leave with a short written summary whether or not you ever hire us. If there is work worth doing, we scope it and send you a price in writing afterward. Nothing gets priced or decided on the call itself.
What happens
We open your website, your Google Business Profile, and three competitors in your area. We pull the numbers rather than asking you for them: how fast your site loads, whether you show up when someone nearby searches, how many reviews your competitors have collected next to yours, and how quickly they answer when a lead comes in. By the time we dial, we already know what we are looking at, so the call starts with findings instead of small talk. It is the same homework we would want done before trusting anyone with our own business.
We name the two or three things costing you customers right now. Your site, your local search, your ads, your follow-up, your reviews, or what happens between a lead coming in and a job getting booked. Plain language, not marketing terms: we say what we saw and why it matters, the same way we would explain it to a friend running a similar business. Nothing on the list is generic. It is specific to what we found on your site and your competitors' before we ever dialed, and you can ask questions the whole way through. You are talking with the same person who would scope any paid work afterward, not a rep reading a list.
A short written summary lands in your inbox either way, covering what we found and what we talked about, so you have something to reference later or hand to whoever else touches your marketing. From there the call can end three honest ways: you fix it yourself, you have someone else fix it, or we scope it and send you a price. Sometimes the fix is a single project, sometimes it is ongoing. Either way, no number gets sprung on you live. You decide what happens next, on your own time, after you have had a chance to read it over.
Questions
Yes. It is free every time, not a bait-and-switch that turns into a paid session once you are on the phone. Fifteen minutes, no card on file, nothing to sign beforehand. You will talk with someone senior, not a rep reading from a script. If there is work worth doing, we scope it and send a price afterward, in writing. Nothing on the call itself is priced or decided.
Paid work is quoted per job, after the call, in writing. We do not publish a flat rate because the work is not flat: a single fix and an ongoing program cost differently, and guessing a number before we have looked at your site would not be honest. What we will not do is quote you live and ask you to decide on the spot. You get the number in writing, with room to think it over.
No. Nothing is priced or decided on the call itself, so there is no number to react to in the moment and no reason to feel rushed. If you say no, that is the end of it: we will not chase you with follow-up calls or a string of emails. You already have the written summary either way, which is yours to keep whether or not you ever talk to us again.
No. We look at anything that brings you customers: your site, local search, paid ads, follow-up, review generation, and how leads get worked once they arrive. Most businesses assume the problem is the website because that is the visible piece, but the leak is often somewhere else, like a lead that sits unanswered for a day or a Google listing missing basic information. We look at the whole path, not just the part you can see.
If you own an established business and you are not sure your marketing is working, yes. You do not need to already know what is wrong, or have numbers ready, or have tried anything first. Come with what you know and we will ask for the rest, on the call. If we are not a fit for what you need, we will tell you directly instead of dragging it out.
Someone senior enough to give you a straight answer, not a rep working a script or a queue that routes you to whoever is free. The person on the call is the same kind of person who would end up scoping and pricing the work afterward, so you are not repeating yourself to a second person later. If a question is outside what we do, we will say so plainly instead of guessing.
Nothing. Bring what you know, whether that is a specific problem you have noticed or just a general feeling that your marketing should be doing more. We already look at your site, your Google listing, and three competitors before we call, so you are not walking in cold and neither are we. Fifteen minutes is enough time either way.
Still thinking about it? Pick a time above and we will do the homework.
